Welcome to Thurstonia Marina. By using our services, making a purchase, or accessing our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Information

Thurstonia Marina is located at 110 Hazel St., Dunsford, ON, and operates 7 days a week from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Our services include but are not limited to: dockside fuel sales, mechanical services, boat storage and launching, rentals, and general store merchandise.

2. Rentals & Waivers

All paddleboard, kayak, and fishing boat rentals require a signed waiver before use. Renters must be 18+ or accompanied by a guardian. Life jackets are mandatory and provided. Thurstonia Marina reserves the right to cancel or deny rentals in cases of unsafe weather conditions or misuse of equipment.

3. Valet Launch Service

Our valet boat launching service is available for $50 and includes parking. All customers are responsible for securing their own equipment and ensuring their vehicle is locked and valuables are removed. Thurstonia Marina is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

4. Merchandise Orders

All hoodie pre-orders are final sale. Sizes and colours are subject to availability. Orders will be fulfilled based on the estimated timeline provided at the time of purchase. In the rare case of a delay, customers will be notified by email.

5. Store Products

All prices are subject to change without notice. We do our best to maintain stock of popular items (e.g. ice, firewood, baked goods), but availability is not guaranteed.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the seasonal nature of our business, we do not offer refunds on services rendered or rentals used. For product issues, please contact us directly to discuss options.

7. Liability

Thurstonia Marina is not liable for injury, loss, or damage to persons or property arising from the use of our facilities, services, or rentals. Customers use all services and equipment at their own risk.

8. Privacy

Customer contact information is collected solely for service communication and order fulfillment. We will never share or sell your personal data.

9. Changes to Terms

Thurstonia Marina reserves the right to update or change these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
